Action Aquastilla DUO

Device mounted at the entrance of cold water to the building. Hard water flows into the house through the main supply pipe. It flows into the softener and flows through an ion exchange resin (Purolite C100E), which softens the water. During this time, an ion exchange process takes place, in which the ions responsible for water hardness are caught by the bed and exchanged for sodu.Następnie ions softened water is fed to the water system in the house.

The Aquastilla DUO water softening station additionally contains two deposits – activated carbon and KDF55® – reducing harmful chlorine, iron, hydrogen sulfide, lead, mercury, magnesium, chromium, bacteria, viruses, algae and fungi. The filters remove unpleasant odors from the water, allowing you to enjoy clean and tasty water.

After using the ion exchange capacity of the deposit, the device will automatically carry out its regeneration using previously prepared brine. In the regeneration process, the device regains its ion exchange capacity, thanks to which it can again effectively soften water.

Regeneration starts automatically every 14 days or every approx. 5 m3 of used water. During one regeneration, the station uses 2,4 kg of salt and up to 170 l of water. For one filling of the station with salt, 50 kg of tableted salt is needed. Regeneration does not affect access to water.
