Easy implementation and management
D-Link’s free Network Assistant (DNA) system provides information about all connected devices and speeds up the first setup. The free D-View 7 network management system comes with a license for 25 nodes and 2 probes and full access to management tools. An optional license update allows you to extend your network and analytics capabilities.
Easy troubleshooting
With loop detection and cable connection diagnostics, the DGS-1100 family of switches effectively supports administrators in troubleshooting network issues. The loop detection function detects the formation of loops on the port and automatically closes it.
On the other hand, cable connection diagnostics allows you to test the quality of copper cables, recognize the type of cables and detect errors.
Surveillance mode
Select Surveillance Mode in the graphical user interface to take advantage of easy-to-use monitoring features that also allow you to easily manage your monitoring network. The devices that make up the protection system are automatically detected and grouped in a dedicated Auto Surveillance VLAN, thanks to which the traffic associated with monitoring is secured and transmitted without obstacles.
