Reduced phosphorus and sodium content and a limited supply of high-quality protein have a beneficial effect on kidney function. Omega-3 and -6 fatty acids contained in the diet contribute to inhibiting the inflammatory process.

Application time:

It is recommended to use the diet initially for up to 6 months; to establish the correct nutritional plan or before extending the period of use, it is recommended to consult a veterinarian.

· Food based on sources of high-quality animal protein with low fat content. The addition of chicken egg increases the limiting amino acid ratio to a level that guarantees the maintenance of the correct proportions in the absorption of all amino acids. The amount of protein covers the body's minimum need for exogenous amino acids, but does not cause their excessive catabolism and the formation of products that could impair kidney function.

The presence of fatty acids derived from both animal raw materials (turkey and salmon fat) and salmon oil ensures maximum involvement of polyunsaturated fatty acids from the n-3 and n-6 ​​families in the biochemical control of the formation of pro-inflammatory cytokines and, by specifically inhibiting the activity of cyclooxygenase (COX-2), they exhibit analgesic and relaxing properties on the muscular layer of blood vessels in the kidney.
