Instructions for use:
- With practice time and body warming, the mat becomes even more tacky.
- If you have dry hands – spray them or the surface of the mat with water from the included bottle – this activates the non-slip properties of microfiber.
Cleaning and care:
- Wash in a washing machine (30°C, gentle mode, no spinning) using a liquid agent or without detergent.
- Dried in unfolded form at room temperature.
- With minor dirt – wipe with a damp cloth with soap and water.
