Lanberg DSP3-1005-60W is a compact unmanaged desktop PoE+ switch, equipped with 5 Gigabit Ethernet ports, including 4 PoE with a real 60W PoE budget for end devices in this standard. This extremely handy device works on the principle of Plug-and-Play. The switch provides switching support for 5 RJ-45 10/100/1000 Mbps ports along with automatic connection negotiation and MDI-MDIX support.

DSP3 is characterized by the use of an external power supply enabling the switch to operate in PoE/PoE+ mode and the use of IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards. The Lanberg switch is ideal for home conditions, thanks to its very small size (such as the DSP2 version and the use of passive cooling. Main functions:

Intelligent port disconnection function when PoE budget is exceeded. At any time when the budget is exceeded (e.g. through the device connected to port 1), the switch will start disconnecting PoE+ ports starting from the highest numbering, up to the smaller one until the sum of loads does not exceed the available budget, while maintaining the intact operation of the remaining ports. Those that are disconnected will be switched off and on non-stop.

The automatic recognition and adjustment function to the type of connected network cable (simple or crossed), eliminates the need for only one type of wiring, as well as Uplink ports, allowing for the simultaneous reduction of unnecessary costs.

The switch supports half-duplex and full-duplex mode for connections between devices. The Flow control function allows you to control the flow of data, thus avoiding congestion on the port in the event that one of the receiving devices is not able to receive enough data.
