As the owner of Pilates studio and individual training and a movement teacher, I cannot imagine working without this tool. Roller tiguar is an extremely versatile equipment. Lessons with its use teach clients stabilization, deep feeling of their body, help to understand the meaning of exercises in Pilates training and more. What I like most about the tiguar roller is that it is neither too hard nor too soft ;) Thanks to this, I use it both for strengthening, balancing, stabilizing and stretching exercises, as well as in self-massage. This is one of my studio's favorite clients.
