PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Primus stretch film is made of high-quality polyethylene, which guarantees uniform stretching and return to its original shape after the tension is released. Thanks to the precise lamination process, a thickness of 23 µm and extensibility of 160% are achieved, which increases tear resistance and improves adhesion to the surface.
The design of the roll takes into account the ergonomic shape and balanced weight - the net weight of 1.55 kg and the total weight of 2.5 kg allow for easy maneuvering when unwinding, while at the same time ensuring stability during transport and storage.
The film is available in a width of 50 cm , which allows for quick and efficient coverage of standard EUR pallets. The product is packed in a sealed tube weighing 0.95 kg, which protects it against moisture and mechanical damage before use.
USE OF THE PRODUCT:
In distribution warehouses, stretch film is irreplaceable when stabilizing loads on pallets, providing protection against the movement of goods when moving forklifts.
In seasonal applications, e.g. When packing gardening or construction products, black color additionally masks dirt, increasing the aesthetics of prepared shipments.
How to use
Unwrap a small amount of foil before starting to ensure a smooth start. The roll should be fixed in a convenient place to avoid tangling.
- Set the roll on a stable stand or trolley trailers.
- Stretch the film by hand to get the initial tension.
- Wrap the pallet while maintaining an even spacing until the entire surface is covered.
- When finished, trim the excess film and secure the end so that it does not develop on its own.
- Check that the film adheres evenly and leaves no slack.
Note: Avoid contact with sharp edges that may damage the film.
