Metal machining oil used as an aqueous cooling-lubricating emulsion in machining steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. Optimal machining effects and protection of corrosion properties are ensured by an emulsion with the following concentrations depending on the material being processed and the type of treatment:
• grinding – 3÷5%;
• turning, milling, drilling, reaming – 5÷10%;
• threading - 10÷15%.
The oil should be stored above +5°C.
