Two-stage rod protection when fishing for the most warring carp in extreme hooks. The Butt Lock Xtreme handles use the famous locking mechanism of the original Butt Lock and have an additional rod lock system that provides solid support for the first mechanism. When the bottom of the rod is closed in the lower jaws, a locking bar is placed above its upper part and latched in the correct position. The bottom is held until the rod is raised to jam the bite, which will open the lower jaws of the mechanism. The handle was tested all over Europe and even the powerful carp from Lake Rainbow were unable to move the rod clamped by Butt Lock Xtreme. Most importantly, the Xtreme Butt Lock handle guarantees a secure grip on the bottom, regardless of the angle of the rod, which gives you complete confidence, whether you are fishing from the bottom or on a vibrating tip, that you will keep the line away from possible obstacles.
