In the absence of this information, the engraving will be made only on a pendrive.

If we are to engrave an inscription on the pendrive, please provide the content of the engraver after a colon. If you do not want to mark the product, please write "none".

If we are to engrave the logo on the pendrive, please provide the e-mail address from which the logo will be sent to us, and place your nickname from Allegro in the E-mail title. This will speed up the execution of the order.

The logo should be vector form, preferred format dxf or in good quality JPG/PNG with white background and black graphics to be engraved.

⚙ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Engraving involves burning any content in the material, making cavities in the surface of the product. Therefore, we have no influence on the color of the engraver. It depends on the substrate on which the engraving is made.
• The color of the products and the engraver itself may differ from each other between each piece.
• When engraving wide areas, there may be surface irregularities associated with knots naturally occurring in wood, this is not a defect of the product.
• Patterns are not just fonts to choose from. When choosing a pattern, you decide on both the font and the occasional graphic. If the pattern does not contain interchangeable content, it is not possible to add it, because it was designed for a specific amount of text, but you can mention e.g. date of name.

Why does the flash drive have less capacity?

For many buyers, the number one criterion when choosing a flash drive is the largest capacity. How is it that a flash drive has less flash memory when connected to a computer?

The actual value of the memory that we can use is slightly lower than it would result from the designation. This should be borne in mind when deciding on the capacity of the purchased device.

Capacity in bytes (displayed by Windows) is lower due to the fact that 1024bits = 1kilobyte, 1024kilobytes = 1Megabyte, 1024Megabytes = 1Gigabyte.

Why can't I upload a file to a flash drive? Error "File is too big for target file system".

The problem occurs when the file you want to upload is more than 4 GB and our USB flash drive uses the FAT32 file system. FAT32 has a built-in limitation that applies only to individual files exceeding 4 GB. In this situation, the flash drive should be formatted to the NTFS file system, changing the file system will delete the entire contents of the disk.

How to format a flash drive?

1. Connect the flash drive to the USB port on your computer.
2. Right click on the flash drive icon.
3. From the options that will be displayed, select “formatting”.
4. Expand the list of file systems and select one of the available ones.
