Gasket Maker Black – black, high temperature (up to 230 °C) silicone sealant, curing at room temperature. Extremely resistant to extreme temperatures. It creates a reliable seal that does not crack, shrink or move under the influence of sudden temperature changes. It replaces sealing rings, washers, as well as asbestos, rubber, felt, paper, cork and metal seals. It can be effectively used to repair valve guides, oil bowls, thermostat housings, etc. Resistant to lubricants, coolants, gasoline, kerosene, water, acids and bases. Easy to apply and stays flexible. The surface to be treated must be pre-degreased.

Operating temperature range: -40 °C to +230 °C (periodically).

Store the sealant in a cool and dry place in a tightly closed original package. It retains its properties for at least two years from the date of manufacture.
