High level of encryption

256-bit AES hardware encryption seamlessly encrypts all data on the drive in real time The drive meets the requirements of the GDPR, as it is 100% securely encrypted. The built-in fingerprint recognition system allows access to up to eight authorized users and one administrator who accesses the device with a password. The drive does not save passwords on the computer or in the system's volatile memory, making it much safer than software encryption. In addition, if you fall into the wrong hands, the hard drive deletes all data after repeated failed attempts to enter the password.

User-friendly

The easy-to-use software allows you to register up to eight users and save their fingerprints. Once set up, such users can lock and unlock the device simply with a registered fingerprint. Simply connect your Fingerprint Secure to your PC and gently place your finger on the sensor. If the fingerprint is recognized, the secure hard drive will be unlocked and the green LED light on the device will light up. You can also access the hard drive with an administrator password.

Wide compatibility

The drive is compatible with PC and Mac operating systems and features a USB 3.1 GEN 1 interface with USB-C connector to ensure very high data transfer rates. The kit includes a USB-C to USB-A cable, as well as a USB-C adapter for connecting to a wide variety of devices.

Backup software

In order to increase the level of security with the drive, Nero Backup software is provided, with which you can easily and at any time back up all files, folders and drives located in your computer or laptop. It is also possible to schedule automatic backups for the selected time, so that backups will be created regularly! Nero Backup software is compatible with Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 (not compatible with Mac operating systems).
