EFFECTIVE RECTIFIER FOR 6V AND 12V BATTERIES

It is suitable for charging many types of batteries both in: scooters, motorcycles, quads as well as for charging car batteries or buses. Charges 6V and 12V batteries.

• The eXtremestyle® charger is equipped with innovative solutions and protections:

  - automatic and reliable battery charge control -after reaching a certain voltage,or automatic drop in charging current;

  - monitoring of voltage after charging -automatic resumption of charging in case of voltage drop on the battery;

  - charger eliminates the phenomenon of battery sulphation,which may arise during charging;

  - "winter" mode - guarantees full and efficient charging of the battery,even at very low ambient temperatures;

  - "reactivation/resuscitation" mode - special charging mode -in the case of extremely discharged batteries,the charger uses a limited charging current with single pulses,until a safe voltage is reached that allows for faster charging -the charger decides for itself,the need to use this mode;

  - detachable cable equipped with SAE type quick coupler,allows you to adjust the charger to your needs,standard equipment includes crocodile tips and eyelet terminals;

  - the charger is equipped with protection against:short circuits, before incorrect connection of poles, before overheating,overload, overcharge, etc.

The effectiveness of our charger is comparable to the charging process in leading devices from other manufacturers (even many times more expensive) - using a smart charger does not adversely affect the operation of the battery, on the contrary, extends its service life!

The eXtremestyle® SBC-61238 rectifier has an SAE connector to which crocodiles or eyelet terminals can be connected depending on the needs. Installing eyelet terminals permanently in the vehicle makes it easy and quick to connect the rectifier from the electrical system.

CHARGING STAGES:

The 8-stage charging process ensures optimal charging parameters:

STEP 1: DIAGNOSTICS: analysis of the battery, its state of charge and correctness of connections between the battery and rectifier

STAGE 2: DESULPHURIZATION: recognition of the sulphurized battery, charging with low voltage and high intensity pulsating current allows the sulphate to be removed from the battery plates, so that its initial capacity is restored

STEP 3: SOFT START: checking whether the battery is not damaged and whether it can accept charging current (prevents charging the damaged battery); if the battery is not damaged, charging begins gradually increasing the charging current

STEP 4: ESSENTIAL CHARGING: constant current maximum charging with an automatically adjustable value depending on the state of charge of the battery, until 80% of the battery capacity is reached

STEP 5: FINAL CHARGING: charging with decreasing current and constant voltage to reach 100% battery capacity

STEP 6: ANALYSIS: battery charge test lasting about 2 minutes – if the battery charge level does not decrease after stopping charging, the charging process is completed

STEP 7: MAINTENANCE: Keeping the battery charged at maximum level by charging with constant voltage current

STEP 8: PULSING: monitoring the battery voltage and maintaining an optimal charge of 95-100% capacity through charging current pulses
