Detergent for machine washing dishes and glass. OPTIMAX Detergent is a concentrated alkaline detergent containing sequestrants intended for machine washing dishes, especially recommended for hard water.

Characteristics:

- can be used in water of different hardness;

- professional formula, effective against strong dirt;

- easy to rinse out, leaves dishes without stains;

- low phosphate content to minimize negative impact on the environment;

- the phosphate content in the detergent allows for use in hard water and at the right concentration protects parts of the dishwasher against scaling, which reduces the frequency of descaling and reduces the maintenance costs of the dishwasher.

Usage:

The product must be used by an automatic dosing system. The dosage usually ranges from 1 g/L to 3 g/L depending on the hardness of the water and the degree of soiling of the dishes. The washing temperature should be 55 – 65°C.

Note: The product OPTIMAX Detergent is safe for most materials from which dishes used in professional kitchens are made. The product should NOT be used for washing dishes made of alkali-sensitive materials, such as copper, brass, aluminum and rubber.

Waste handling:

Prevent undiluted product from entering wastewater, surface water and groundwater. Use the preparation whole. Dilute small amounts of unused product with water to a concentration of at most 1%, discharge into the sewage system. Transfer larger amounts of concentrated preparation for disposal to a specialized company. Rinse the emptied packaging twice with water and use for recycling.

Storage conditions:

Store upright, only in original, sealed and properly labelled packaging, in dry and properly ventilated rooms. Do not store below 6°C and at high temperatures. Keep away from heat sources, do not expose to direct sunlight.

Shelf life:

24 months from the date of manufacture (date of manufacture on the package).
