LDPE film is characterized by high mechanical strength, elasticity and transparency. It is resistant to the penetration of moisture and water vapor and the action of acids, salts and bases.

The sleeve is made of plastic of the first grade intended for contact with food. Thanks to its resistance to low temperatures, up to -50°C, it can be used for packaging food products stored in refrigerators and freezers, as well as for deep freezing.

In the production process, LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) was also used, which increases the resistance of the film to stretch, improves its elasticity and weldability.

The film meets the requirements of EU Regulation 2025/40 (PPWR) regarding the content of heavy metals and PFAS in packaging intended for contact with food.

At the customer’s request, we attach the EU declaration of conformity.

Polyethylene films can be repeatedly recycled. Their segregation is easy, and properly developed material can be used for the production of subsequent products.

In our company, we attach great importance to re-processing of waste generated during the production of LDPE film.

About 99% of production waste is recycled. From the processed material we produce, among others, sanitary bags, used on a daily basis for waste segregation.

By reusing the material, we reduce production waste and support the circular economy.
