The Dafi Unimax filter contains a properly selected and systematically controlled filter mixture consisting of activated carbon and ion exchange resin. Thanks to this, the filter significantly reduces water hardness (causing the formation of sediment from stone), the content of heavy metals, chlorine compounds and other undesirable substances that can affect the taste of tap water. Fits most pitchers from other manufacturers.

The activated carbon inside the DAFI cartridge is impregnated with a normative amount of silver, which prevents the growth of microorganisms inside the filter cartridge for a period of 30 days or approx. 150-200 l of water (depending on its quality)

FILTERING STEP BY STEP

Step 1

The top filter cover captures mechanical contaminants. Properly designed, ensures proper circulation of water subjected to filtration.

Step 2

The filter mesh retains the suspension or sediment in the water, e.g. foam, grease, rust.

Step 3

Filter mixture (composition):

- Ion-exchange resin removes some heavy metals from the water, allows you to capture compounds responsible for the formation of boiler stone. Thanks to this, the water is softened and the tea tastes better and no cloudy sediment appears on its surface.

- Activated carbon reduces chlorine and organic compounds found in tap water. It removes unpleasant odor from it, as well as improves the taste.

Step 4

The bottom cover with a microporous structure performs mechanical filtration again, ensuring the highest purity of water.

The Dafi Unimax filter is designed to improve the quality of tap water. Thanks to it, it becomes ideal for drinking, brewing and cooking. Dafi Standard filtered water is an alternative to bottled water. In addition, it prevents the accumulation of sediment on the heating elements of the kettle, iron and coffee maker.
