⚡ Plugs into the recorder with one cable

It's a wired camera, so the image flows through a video cable to the DVR. In analog installations, it is usually a coaxial cable. The signal operates in four standards: HD-CVI, AHD, HD-TVI and analog CVBS. You select the mode to enter your DVR, and the older installation will also work. You can get a full 5 Mpx at the AHD or HD-TVI input. In HD-CVI, the camera works up to 4 Mpx. CVBS mode supports older analog recorders, without megapixel image.

❓ Does the camera work without a DVR?

No. It is an analog camera and requires a recorder that receives the image and saves the recordings.

❓ Does the close-up set from the phone?

No. Focal length and focus are set manually, with adjustment screws at the lens. This is done once, when mounting the camera.

❓ What is the difference between optical zoom and digital zoom?

Optical zooms in on the lens glass, so details stay. Digital only magnifies pixels and the image blurs.

❓ Will the camera connect to my old DVR?

Probably yes. It supports HD-CVI, AHD, HD-TVI and analog CVBS, which are a set of standards found in wired installations. The recorder must support the selected signal mode.

❓ Will I see the image on my phone?

Yes, but through the recorder. It is responsible for remote viewing, the camera does not connect to the network itself.

❓ Does the camera record sound?

No. The camera does not have a microphone, so it captures the image itself.

❓ Is the camera suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. The housing has an IP66 rating, and the operating range includes temperatures from −20 °C to +60 °C.

❓ Is there a power supply included?
