Authentication with multiple passwords
Use different WiFi passwords to separate network traffic and manage connectivity. The password can also be associated with a specific upload or download speed, a VLAN, or to bypass a schedule or for a hotspot feature.
Mobile application and DPI engine
Monitor and manage your networks from a convenient mobile device. The management interface is easily accessible via the mobile application or web browser. Register for an Alta Labs account using only your name, email address and password, or use Google authentication.
Advanced filtering allows you to block content by application, selected from an extensive, predefined list. You can also enter domain names to block them.
Changes and scans on the fly without reboot and efficient components
Built on Qualcomm®’s innovative dual-band 6-stream WiFi 6 networking platform, the AP6-Pro includes 4096 QAM modulation, one of the main features of WiFi 7, providing total WiFi bandwidth of 6,3 Gbps.
Configuration changes that do not require network restarts can be made without disabling the network, and AP scans can be performed without disrupting the Wi-Fi network.
Hotspot functionality and SSID broadcasting flexibility
The AP6 Pro Access Point has a built-in feature to create your own local hotspot with a logo, title page, terms of service, and end-of-life landing page. There is also an option to redirect to an external URL. In addition to standard features such as hiding the SSID, you can continue to assign the SSID during the "scheduled shutdown". This provides network administrators with the ability to grant users additional time on the network. The user can request access through the portal displayed when trying to access the network.
Dashboard with the possibility of personalization
Customize your dashboard by displaying the information you want to see: IP address, load, number of devices, MAC address, firmware version, wireless network color assignment, and real-time status details. Details can be sorted by columns.
