Our original project, on which we worked for a long time, but it has been refined in every detail. The balancing balance is made entirely of very hard and durable beech wood that can withstand very heavy loads. It is the only such equivalent available on the market. It is not twisted permanently, so it can be easily disassembled. It is folded with a pin that enters the holes in the legs, so that the bar lies firmly on the supports and does not spin.

At first glance, it looks like a play device for children. Nothing could be more wrong! Balance balance is a natural training tool (MOVEMENT) that will allow you to gain full control over your body, strengthen your foot and correct overlapping toes. Walking on it with her bare foot, each of her muscles will be activated, and her fingers will improve their grip (yes, her toes should train her too). However, the advantages are much more. Performing exercises on the beams forces you to fully focus, thanks to which you try to perform them correctly, thus developing the technique. As a result, you protect your body from injury. To further strengthen the feet, it is worth getting finger separators and toe stretch tape.
