The sterilization process of products in jars is crucial for the quality and safety of the products. The Mega-57E autoclave enables the reproduction of heat treatment technology used in industry – at home or semi-professional conditions.

The device is made of stainless steel AISI 304 approved for contact with food: body 2 mm, cover 4 mm. The heating is provided by an efficient heater and thermostat that automatically controls the temperature – just set the appropriate mode of operation according to the recipe.

A distinctive feature of the model is a convenient and secure lid – closed manually with one screw. During operation, the increasing pressure additionally presses the cover from the inside, evenly distributing pressure and ensuring high tightness (unlike older models with many screws).
