AEG CW20 is durable,fully automatic workshop charger controlled by microprocessor (MCU),designed to support all popular types of 6 V and 12 V batteries. The device will work both in the backyard garage,as well as in a professional workshop, offering comprehensive battery service – from charging,by diagnostics and rescue of deeply discharged cells,up to maintenance and maintenance charging. Thanks to the automatic control of the charging process, it does not require constant supervision or manual shutdown after the end of the cycle.

The maximum charging current is 20 A (effective), which allows you to efficiently charge even large car batteries. For smaller capacities, reduced current levels – 10 A and 2 A – are available, which can be switched according to your needs. 2A mode is particularly useful when charging motorcycle batteries or cells with a small capacity, where too high current could harm the battery.

The maintenance charging function (2 A) makes the CW20 perfect for seasonal vehicles – oldtimers, convertibles or motorcycles. The charger keeps the battery fully operational throughout the standstill period, without the risk of overcharging.

The device supports a wide range of battery types: WET, GEL, EFB, AGM and Lithium-Ion (Li-Ion), making it a versatile tool in any workshop. The built-in diagnostics and rescue function allows you to restore deeply discharged batteries that other chargers could reject as damaged.

Safety of use is ensured by a multi-level protection system including protection against overcharging, short circuit, overheating and reverse polarity. LED indicators keep you informed about the current charging mode, detected reverse polarity or battery damage, and the percentage charge status indicator allows you to track the progress of the process without the need for additional instruments.

The case is made of durable metal and features a built-in carrying handle, making it easy to transport and use in the workshop. Insulated battery terminals increase connection safety. The charger operates in the temperature range from -5°C to +40°C.
