BatteryProtect battery protectors disconnect the battery from less important receivers before it is completely discharged (which can cause damage to the battery) or before the battery power drops below the level that allows the engine to start.
BatteryProtect is a one-way device. It transmits current in only one direction, so it flows either to the receiver or from the charging device, but not in both directions simultaneously. Besides, the current can only flow from the Battery terminal to the Load energy receiver terminal. When used with an energy receiver, the battery connects to the Battery terminal (Battery), while when used with a charger, it connects to the Battery terminal.
