Vitamin D is formed in the skin under the influence of sunlight. In our geographical area it is possible from April to September from the hour. 10-15 with at least 15 minutes of daily exposure of at least forearms and legs. The ability of the skin to produce the vitamin also decreases with age, which can lead to a decrease in calcium absorption, important for bones and muscle function (vitamin D is involved in calcium absorption). Much more sunshine is needed to produce vitamin D in the skin by people with breakfast and dark skin.

Low-quality and highly processed foods may not provide adequate amounts of vitamin D. And with good nutrition, foods can usually only provide approx. 30% of the daily requirement for this vitamin.

When using Vitamin D3 Forte, you should not take another product with vitamin D. The content of bioactive vitamin E may cause a slight sense of "scratching" in the throat in some people with mucosal irritation.

Product suitable for vegetarians - unlike other products with vitamin D3, this contained in the product Sun Vitamins D3 FORTE is obtained from lanolin from sheep wool (extracted by UV radiation).
