Effects of VITAMIN B COMPLEX
VITAMIN B COMPLEX is a dietary supplement that contains seven B vitamins. B vitamins are soluble in water. They are responsible for a number of important functions in the human body from the nervous system, blood system or cell division.
These vitamins support:
- Proper energy metabolism
- Functioning of the nervous system
- Maintaining proper psychological functions
- Production of red blood cells
- Reducing tiredness and fatigue
Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption during the day. The product must not be used by children, pregnant or lactating women without medical consultation. The product cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
There may be a flash effect (hot flash and redness). This is a normal reaction to vitamin B3, it is not dangerous and passes after 20 minutes.
