The Katalox Light Bed Water Remover and Clack TC Head is a kit for effective removal of iron and manganese from well water. The system is designed for single-family houses and service facilities where pollution is caused by rusty water color, metallic aftertaste and stains on the fittings. The device works fully automatically – the Clack TC head controls the rinsing cycle at programmed intervals, usually at night, making operation convenient and maintenance-free. Katalox Light deposit – advanced filtration of iron and manganese

Katalox Light is a modern catalytic medium with high efficiency. It contains 10% manganese dioxide and natural minerals that support the oxidation and filtration process. With its large active surface area, it effectively removes iron, manganese, and other impurities from the water.

The most important advantages of the Katalox Light deposit:

• Accelerates the oxidation of iron and manganese
• Does not require chemical regeneration
• No need for salt or potassium permanganate
• Increases water pH, reducing corrosion of the installation
• It is characterized by a light, porous structure
• Reduces water consumption during rinsing
• It also removes hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and selected heavy metals

The deposit works effectively in a wide pH range – from about 5,8 to 10,5.

Important

In order for the Katalox light bed water de-ironizer to work properly, it is necessary to aerate the water in advance before the device. The right amount of oxygen enables effective oxidation of iron and manganese. The recommended brass aspirator is available.

Automatic Clack TC head

Clack TC (Time Clock) is a proven and reliable control head from the renowned Clack brand. It enables automatic rinsing of the bed at programmed intervals. Thanks to this, the iron remover works independently, without the need for daily operation.
