Water softener SUPREME CORE 22 contains 22 liters high-quality softening bed, which effectively removes water hardness and is a guarantee of getting rid of bothersome streaks on sanitary facilities.

Softeners of the SUPREME CORE 22 series very effectively reduce water hardness, thus protecting expensive AGD equipment from the harmful effects of "boiler stone".

The system on sale is offered in an elegant, stylish, slim housing and with the necessary starter package, which guarantees proper start-up and trouble-free operation.

SUPREME CORE 22 is a product of Polish manufacturer, thanks to slim/narrow housing, the SUPREME CORE 22 series systems are widely used wherever a small amount of space is required during assembly. In this respect, they are an excellent alternative to traditional softeners, the width of the device is 300 mm.

The SUPREME CORE 22 system is equipped with an automatic, trouble-free and user-friendly BWG CORE control head (volume-time), from the in Polish, which during the regeneration of the deposit does not cut off the water supply to the installation.

The BWG CORE head is equipped with a modern water meter system. Communication takes place via the interconnect cable connecting the controller with the by-pass valve in which the impulse turbine was installed. During the operation of the device, the flowing water sets in motion a turbine that counts the amount of flowing water to initiate a volumetric regeneration process in a timely manner. The whole process is carried out automatically, without user intervention.

Thanks to the BWG CORE head, the device can work in two modes, volume (regeneration occurs after a given volume of water) or time (regeneration occurs "X" days).

The control head uses a brass brine port, as well as a mixing valve, thanks to which it is possible to set the hardness of water flowing out of the device.

The head piston, i.e. the element that is responsible for opening and closing the appropriate passages in the control valve during the operation of the device, was made in the "teflon surface protect" technology. This technology protects the piston components and the piston itself against "wiping" and prevents mechanical damage, thanks to which the softeners of the SUPREME CORE 22 series equipped with the BWG CORE head are practically trouble-free.

In the BWG CORE head, the user has access to all operating times of the controller. Thanks to this, the valve can be set in such a way that it generates as little water as possible during regeneration and emits as little volume of rinses as possible.

The system is equipped with a BY-PASS valve, which can be used to carry out maintenance work without blocking the supply of raw water to the installation.

The brine float valve installed in the tank provides effective protection against possible flooding.

The SUPREME CORE series systems use high-quality PURE SOFT PLUS ion exchange resin from BWG Components. No solvents or other chemical additives are used in the production of resin, and the product itself was created on the basis of materials certified by the American accreditation body NSF* and is certified by PZH (Polish hygiene plant), which allows the deposit to come into contact with drinking water.

Polyspheric resin PURE SOFT PLUS has very good rinsing properties, which makes it wear out more slowly. The system uses a pressure cylinder with a large cross-section, thanks to which it provides even better and more accurate rinsing of the resin, and thus extends the life of the deposit.
