Twin Clack CI 1035 softener is irreplaceable in a three-shift system of work using machines requiring softened and properly purified water. Suitable for continuous operation, it provides water softened non-stop, 24 hours a day. While one of the cylinders purifies water, the other undergoes automatic regeneration after which it is ready to soften water again.
Twin softeners are characterized by a very large daily replacement capacity. Regeneration of each ionite cylinder can take place every 3 hours and with the use of sufficiently large brine tanks even more often. This means that with automatic operation, the Twin softener will be able to soften up to 15 times more water per day than the same size single-column softener.
Twin Softener consists of:
- two pressure cylinders filled with Purolite C100E ion exchange resin (ionite)
- volumetric head (volumetric, flow) controlling cylinder regeneration
- suitable size of sodium chloride tank for resin regeneration

Cylinders with UDT and ISO 9001 certificates are made of chemical resistant plastic. The volumetric head starts regeneration after the flow of a specific, previously programmed, amount of treated water.
