These housings, due to their available dimensions, are compatible with most standard filter cartridges. The following types of cartridges can be used with our housings:

• Mechanical cartridges: foam and string wound,
• Reusable mechanical cartridges: mesh,
• Active cartridges: carbon block, granular carbon, softening, and ceramic.

To ensure proper filter operation and prevent damage, the following conditions must be met:

• Operating pressure in the system: 0.2 – 0.6 MPa (2 – 6 bar).
• Water hardness: Recommended value below 500 mg CaCO3/l.
• Iron and manganese content: Maximum 0.2 mg/l iron and 0.05 mg/l manganese.
• Water PH: from 5.5 to 9.
• Filtered water temperature: +2°C to +30°C.
• Water must not contain large amounts of mechanical sediment, sand, or silt – in such cases, a pre-filter is required.
