IPS (Ion Polarization System) is designed for physical-galvanic water treatment. It is a flow device with water input and output. Inside are specially designed electrodes (these are not magnets) made of two materials with different electrolytic conductivity.

This design forces spinning, turbulent water flow. The solution is based on the innovative patented TGP® (Turbulent Galvanic Polarization) technology, which changes the structure of minerals in water, preventing the formation of hard crystalline deposits (boiler stone). The device works WITHOUT chemicals and WITHOUT external energy.

We recommend this type of device for drinking water. In addition to reducing boiler scale and preventing corrosion, Blue line models have antibacterial properties. Electrodes coated with silver (silver-plated cell elements) effectively reduce the occurrence of bacteria in water circuits.

IPS KalyxX removes unpleasant odors from water, improves its taste and prolongs freshness. Drinking water passed through IPS additionally improves metabolism and supports digestion.

IPS KalyxX BlueLine is intended for households, public facilities, restaurants, hotels, production and service plants. It reliably works when used before heat exchangers in heating and cooling systems (e.g. air conditioning).

IPS can be used both in new water circulation systems, as well as in old ones, where the device will systematically remove existing deposits.

When installing IPS it is necessary

Laying the device according to the direction of water flow (FLOW DIRECTION), which is marked with arrows on the IPS body.

Compliance with this condition affects the proper functioning and performance of the device.

In systems where IPS KalyxX is installed, built-in ion converters, electromagnetic systems or devices using external voltage must not be used.

IPS devices are classified for 1МРа (10 bar). Pressure losses are negligible.
