The Brita Glass 2,5 l filter jug is a tap water filtration vessel designed for use on the kitchen counter. It is mainly made of borosilicate glass.

Product Features

• Material: The pitcher is made of borosilicate glass, which is characterized by lightness, strength, resistance to scratches and temperature changes. This material does not absorb odors or discolor.
• Filteration: The jug uses 4-step MAXTRA PRO filtration technology, which reduces impurities such as chlorine, limestone, heavy metals (lead, copper) and trace amounts of certain pesticides, herbicides and pharmaceuticals (if present in tap water).
• Filter replacement indicator: The jug cover is equipped with an intelligent LED indicator (BRITA Smart Light), which signals the need to replace the filter cartridge (usually every 4 weeks or after filtering about 150 liters of water).
• Design: The product has an ergonomic handle and a tilting filler flap, which makes it easy to fill with water. Plastic elements (except LED indicator) and glass jug are dishwasher safe (at a maximum temperature of 50°C).
• Sustainability: The pitcher is made of 60% recycled glass and the plastic components are made of 100% bioplastic from renewable sources.
