Aspirator brass AWODA 1" is a simple and effective element of the water treatment system, designed for aeration and oxygenation of water without the use of electricity and chemicals.

✅ The device operates on the principle of the Venturi effect. During the flow of water, a vacuum is created that allows air to be sucked into the installation. This process supports the oxidation of iron and manganese before the further stage of filtration.

✅ Aspirator will work primarily in installations using wellwater, de-ironing filters and deposits designed to remove iron and manganese.

⭐ How does an aspirator work?

✔ During the flow of water through the narrowing inside the aspirator, a pressure difference occurs according to the Venturi effect.

✔ The resulting vacuum allows air to be sucked into the stream of flowing water.

✔ The supplied oxygen supports the oxidation process of iron and manganese compounds.

✔ Oxidized compounds can then be stopped by a properly selected filter bed in an iron remover or demanganizer.

✔ The effectiveness of the aspirator depends on the correct flow, pressure and method of installation.

✔ The selection of the correct aspirator diameter should be adapted to the actual flow in the installation.

✔ Too small diameter can cause excessive pressure losses and limit system performance.

✔ On the outlet side of the aspirator, leave a minimum of 25 cm of straight section of pipe.
