Network switch
D-Link DBS-2000-52 is a managed Layer 2 switch designed for building and expanding Ethernet networks in small and medium-sized enterprises. The device offers 48 RJ-45 ports operating in Gigabit Ethernet standard and 4 SFP combo ports, which in total gives 52 network sockets for flexible connection of workstations, servers and access devices.
Efficiency and switching
The switch provides a switching bandwidth of 104 Gbit/s and a packet forwarding rate of about 77,4 Mpps, allowing for smooth traffic transfer in environments with a large number of connections. The device supports Layer 2 features, including Jumbo frame support, link aggregation (IEEE 802.3ad), spanning tree protocols, and VLAN traffic separation, making it easy to optimize and segment network traffic.
Management and diagnostics
The DBS-2000-52 offers web interface management, which simplifies central administration and configuration. Diagnostic tools are available at the device level, including a wire quality test and packet counters per port, to help locate and troubleshoot issues. The device supports network mechanisms and protocols such as IGMP snooping, LLDP, DHCP and access control lists (ACLs).
