The Qwatch app has several built-in sports modes and allows you to visualize the route on the map. During the activity, parameters such as speed (km/h), pace, calories burned and distance traveled are available. After the activity is completed, the data will be saved along with the visualization of the route traveled on the map.

Remember! This feature only works with your phone, not your watch. So during the activity you need to have your phone with you.

Health monitoring

An innovative set of optical sensors (optical sensors + 5 LEDs) uses light from LEDs to illuminate the wrist and through different blood flow rates and associated light scattering, monitors changes in heart rate.
