The Bartscher waffle maker is a modern device designed for baking waffles in catering establishments, cafes and confectioneries. Waffles on a stick will be an ideal proposition for takeaway. The noble steel housing and aluminum worktops coated with an anti-stick coating will enable long and trouble-free operation. The device has CE certificate and meets the requirements of Sanitary.
The waffle iron housing is made of high quality, durable, corrosion resistant and at the same time easy to clean stainless steel.
Working plates with fast and evenly heating aluminium are covered with a coating to prevent waffles from sticking.
Removable drip gutter makes it easy to keep clean.
The device allows you to bake 6 waffle lollipops measuring 40 x 30 x 140 mm. Special holes in the housing allow you to bake waffles on a stick (using e.g. generally available skewers sticks). Sticks are not included.
The waffle iron has one toasting unit with an efficient heating element with a capacity of 1800 W.
Operation of the device is extremely simple, thanks to the rotation-press knobs enabling precise control of temperature in the range of 50 to 300ºC every 1ºC and baking time from 0 to 9:30 min.
Built-in displays inform about the set temperature and operation of the heating element as well as about the remaining baking time.
There is also a switch on the control panel.
