The CH340C interface (also called a programmer) is a device that mediates the exchange of data between a computer (USB port) and modules based on the ESP8266 chip (using asynchronous UART 3.3V communication). The programmer allows e.g. saving your own program in the memory of the connected controller, or communication of the computer with the module using a USB port. The device is based on the popular CH340 converter. The presented model of the UART interface is equipped with a dedicated goldpin socket for connecting the ESP-01S module. In addition to the dedicated socket, the device has goldpin leads for all pins, so they can be easily used to communicate with other modules built on the basis of the Espressivo chip. The device is fully compatible with commonly used development environments: Arduino IDE, ESP8266Flasher and Espressif FLASH_DOWNLOAD_TOOLS. Depending on the operating system in use, the appropriate drivers may be required to operate the interface correctly. The programmer is powered from a USB port and does not require external power supply.
