The AXAGON HMC-U4 DUAL 4K DISPLAY docking station turns your laptop, tablet or phone into a real multimedia center. Connect your laptop to the 12-in-1 docking station using the included 80 cm cable. In the blink of an eye we get an SD (UHS-II) and microSD card reader as well as connectors for connecting two external monitors, five USB devices, headphones or a headset and Power Delivery power supply . Please note that for the device to work properly, the USB-C port on the mobile device must support video output (DisplayPort Alternate Mode) and Power Delivery.

HDMI and DisplayPort outputs allow you to connect an external monitor, TV or projector with a resolution of up to 8K/30Hz Ultra HD, 4K/144Hz Ultra HD or 2K/240Hz Quad HD and support for multi-channel audio streaming. With HDR support , you can enjoy a richer color spectrum and sharper contrasts for an even better visual experience. By connecting two monitors simultaneously , you get a resolution of up to 4K/144Hz on the DP port output and 4K/60Hz on the HDMI output. All supported resolutions and features are directly dependent on the support of the connected monitor and laptop.

The docking station has a total of three USB-C (2x) and USB-A (1x) outputs with a throughput of 10 Gbps , as well as two USB-A outputs with a throughput of 5 Gbps . Five USB ports allow you to connect external drives, flash drives, mice, printers and other USB accessories. The USB ports also charge mobile phones and tablets with up to 7.5W of power.

The memory card reader supports all versions of SD (UHS-II) and microSD (UHS-I) cards with a capacity of up to 2TB. UHS-II cards reach speeds of up to 156 MB/s (full-duplex) or 312 MB/s (half-duplex), support for older USH-I cards (maximum speed 104 MB/s) is a matter of course. The card reader allows you to work with cards in both slots simultaneously and copy directly between them.

You can use the 3.5mm audio output to connect stereo headphones, a headset or active speakers. The station is equipped with a high-quality DAC converter that supports sampling up to 384 kHz at 24 bits . A Gigabit network card expands your computer with a fast and stable network connection, adds a missing RJ-45 network connector, or another network card.

The (PD) USB-C input is intended for connecting a suitable Power Delivery charger. This allows you to power both the mobile device and the station itself using a charger and Power Delivery 3.0 technology with a power of up to 100W . With additional power supply via USB-C input (DC 5V), you can increase power when working without a PD charger connected and connect higher power consumption devices , including multiple external drives, to the docking station.

The button at the top of the station turns it on and off . Thanks to the clever design with four rubber feet , the station stays firmly in place. The elegant ribbed surface on the top does not leave fingerprints . Ventilation holes at the bottom ensure sufficient air circulation , so the station does not overheat even under heavier loads.
