Samson Meteorite – USB condenser microphone

A desktop condenser microphone connected directly to a computer and designed primarily for recording and transmitting human voice and music over the Internet in a quality far beyond the capabilities of standard computer microphones. The Meteorite design is definitely more like studio microphones, and the microphone itself is perfect for podcast production, voiceover recordings, Youtube content, live streaming and internet communication. The microphone is also perfect for recording acoustic instruments, e.g. guitars, ukuleles and more.

The heart of the microphone is a condenser capsule with a 14-mm diaphragm, which provides it with excellent dynamics, full of detail, warm sound and a flat frequency response, which is crucial for studio microphones and recording musical instruments.

The cardioid directional characteristics of the microphone mean that the sound is collected primarily from the front, and the recording of unwanted sounds from the environment is significantly limited.

The microphone is ready to work with your computer right out of the box, without having to install drivers. It connects to your computer via a USB cable and is compatible with almost any software. Meteorite analog-to-digital converter provides recording at a resolution of 44.1/48kHz, 16 bit, which exceeds the standard for CDs. Use together with separately sold Apple Lightning USB Camera Adapter or OTG adapter allows you to work with mobile devices with iOS and Android systems.

Meteorite comes with a magnetic desk stand that allows you to freely rotate and tilt the microphone, on which the final quality of the recorded material depends so much. Both the attractive design and the chrome finish of the microphone make the microphone not only a great and useful tool, but also a desk decoration.
