Loris Azzaro is a French fashion designer, born on February 9, 1933 in Tunisia, died on November 20, 2003 in Paris. Founder of the fashion house AZZARO. In 1962 he went to Paris to present his creations and perfume lines. By 1968, his company had been a huge success. He became well known in Paris for his glamorous dress designs for the elite of French society. Over the course of his long career, he has dressed many celebrities such as Sophia Loren, Isabelle Adjani, Kate Winslet, and Nicole Kidman. In 1975, Azzaro created its first perfume for women, "Couture", and it was the flagship fragrance of this brand.
