✅ For printing with B18 you need - a roll with stickers and thermal transfer tape in the selected color. The tape has a length of 1600cm (about 2.5 rolls of stickers).

The printer prints several labels per second, it is a thermal transfer printer requiring cartridges / tapes, but it can print in color, and the durability of prints is up to 10-12 years!

Rolls are in continuous sale. The rollers for the B18 printer only fit this model due to a different printing method.

Labels do not go down to +70 degrees in the dishwasher. They are resistant to water, oil, extreme frost (up to -30 degrees).

❗ Please note that thermal labels are sensitive to high temperatures, e.g. with the daily effects of sunlight on the glued label on the product at the exhibition, it may discolor yellow after a few months and it will be necessary to replace it, but:

Q: The printer makes a print sound, but the print paper doesn't work out?

A: Open the label compartment and check if part of the paper protrudes 1-2 mm behind the label cutter - the paper must partially protrude for the print to come out of the printer. Also check if there are simply no labels in the tray. You can also check the status of the roll using it through a small glass placed on the printer.

Q: The printer won't connect, I designed the label, but I have a message about no connection and printing is not possible?

A: Make sure the printer is on - blue LED, if not - hold the main button for a few seconds until it starts to shine with continuous light. Also, check if your smartphone has bluetooth enabled, you can change it in your phone settings. If the above steps have been performed, select the printer from the list of devices. The printer will automatically connect to your phone and app when you turn it on when you first connect it on.

Q: I printed the first test label, but unfortunately the print is on the side of the sticker, and in my design the print was supposed to be in the middle, what can I do?

A: You need to calibrate the printer by pulling out the first protruding label slightly so that the empty part of the paper between the labels protrudes to 1-3 mm. More information is also provided in the polish manual, which we sent to the e-mail on the day of receipt of the package.

Q: I used 12x30mm rolls, I have now changed the rollers to a larger 15x50mm, do I need to change anything in the printer or app settings?

A: When connected to your phone and app, the printer will detect the type of labels used before creating the project, showing in the application what size of labels you are currently using. In some cases, when labels other than NIIMBOT are used and non-original replacements, the printer may not detect the correct paper size - then you should choose the paper manually. We do not recommend using non-original rollers, because lower quality of glue and labels themselves can damage the printer head.

Q: I would like to print labels remotely from somewhere else to be picked up by someone else in another location, is that possible?

A: The printer uses a bluetooth module, which in most smartphones and in the printer itself has a range of up to 10 meters. It is best to print at a distance of no more than 3-4 meters so that the device is not disconnected.

Q: Does the device support only one font, size and can you print polish characters?

A: In the application you will find hundreds of fonts, freely set the size of text, EAN codes, photos and other data - the freedom in the design of the sticker is unlimited, you can add many elements on one sticker - remember, however, that it is small in size. The NIIMBOT application supports polish characters - you can easily print thanks fifty-five and a half years :-)
