Thanks to superbands THORN+fit textile, you can work on stabilization and exercise upper and lower muscle parts. LIGHT and MEDIUM tapes are mainly used for mobilizing arms and shoulder girdle, HARD and EXTRA HARD tapes are used to activate the lower muscle parts and exercises that reward high resistance strength.
