Prekė: Suvirinimo inverteris Sherman DIGITIG 204 Quattro 200A. Kategorija: Pusiau automatiniai suvirinimo aparatai.
- Gamintojas: Sherman
- Modelis: DIGITIG 204 QUATTRO
Manufacturer: SHERMAN ║ Welding methods: MMA, TIG, PLASMA ║ Power supply: 230V ║ Welding current: 200A ║ Efficiency: 60%
The DIGITIG 204 QUATTRO welding machine is used for manual welding using the TIG HF and MMA method (wrapped electrode) of steel and non-ferrous metals using direct current with the possibility of using current pulsation, which further facilitates the welding process. In addition, this welding machine also enables plasma cutting of sheets and elements made of steel, aluminum and copper.
One of the important features of this welding machine is the cold welding function, which allows you to connect thin elements. Due to its properties, the welding machine generates only a small amount of heat at the welding site, which allows for accurate and precise joining of delicate elements.
Digital control enables full adjustment and control of welding parameters, such as arc and pulse characteristics. In addition, thanks to the Fan Stop function, the welding machine fan is switched off at low load, which significantly limits the level of noise generated.
2T/4T - when the start button is pressed, the welding process takes place, while after releasing the button, the welding process is stopped. Four bars is particularly useful for long welds as well as during work when we need to freely maneuver the handle, e.g. during welding of pipes. After pressing and releasing the button, the arc is lit only again pressing and releasing completes the process.
FAN STOP - adaptive fan, a solution that increases the life of the fan itself and additionally reduces the amount of dust in the device itself. The fan speed increases at the beginning of operation and when it is heated and decreases when the welding machine is cooled
HF – contactless arc glow consisting in triggering the ignition using a built-in ionizer, without the need to contact the material. The arc is triggered by high-frequency current.
IGBT - modern bipolar transistors, ensuring minimum electromagnetic interference and low power losses. They increase efficiency and extend the reliability of the power source. They enable a high switching frequency, thus ensuring rapid adjustment of the current to changes in parameters during welding.
PULS – ensures better transfer of the binder into the welded material, which significantly improves control over the welding process and the quality of the weld itself. The use of pulsed current allows to obtain a weld distinguished by its fine crystal structure and resistance to the formation of hot cracks. It allows you to work in all positions and is especially useful for forced positions. It provides less heat impact for thinner materials, or those with increased thermal conductivity, such as: aluminium alloys. Reduces the amount of chipping.
VRD - This function lowers the voltage in the unloaded state. Within milliseconds after welding, the voltage on the wrapped electrode is reduced to a safe level. The correct voltage value is restored only just before the arc is ignited. This minimizes the risk of electric shock. In extreme cases, it makes it difficult to light the arch.
