The THF 203P PULS DC MAGNUM is a lightweight, portable inverter welding machine designed for TIG HF welding (with contactless arc welding) with DC current. It provides excellent performance in welding non-alloy steel, low-alloy steel, high-alloy steel, titanium and other weldable metals and alloys. The device can also be welded using MMA method using hot melt coated electrodes.
The THF 203P welder is powered from a single-phase 230V network, has a high 60% duty cycle at 200 A current, which allows it to be used in various industrial segments. The device has an intuitive, easy-to-use control panel that allows for quick and precise selection of individual welding parameters.
The welding machine is designed for all kinds of welding work in locksmith workshops, repair workshops, etc.
The digital function panel enables precise control of all the most important welding parameters for TIG DC methods:
- graph of the TIG process,
- gas outflow before welding,
- starting current,
- time of electricity build-up,
- welding current,
- time of falling current,
- final current (extinguishing),
- gas outflow after welding
- TIG PULS: peak current, base current, pulse frequency,

The power source is based on IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) transistors, which provide a minimum of electromagnetic interference, small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source. Very high efficiency, which translates directly into lower energy consumption, and high switching frequency, ensure rapid adjustment of the current to changes in parameters during welding.
The device is able to weld from 5A which is extremely useful for materials with a small thickness!
