STRONG SOURCE

The MAGNUM MIG 200/2 MMA KN welding machine is a semi-automatic welding machine designed for welding steel using the MIG/MAG method and aluminum and its alloys. The device has a power of 200A and guarantees a melt with a maximum thickness of 5mm (the maximum thickness of the welded material is 10mm). The welder has an efficiency of up to 60% at maximum current and allows you to work in long cycles without worrying about turning off. The semi-automatic MAGNUM is built on IGBT transistors. This solution provides lower electricity consumption, greater resistance to interference, voltage drops, but also trouble-free operation.

FULL FUNCTIONALITY

Thanks to the variable polarity, self-shielding powder wires (FLUX) can be welded, but also MMA can be welded using hot melt coated electrodes. Adjustable INDUCTANCE allows for welding without chipping of both thin sheets and thick profiles and conducting the LUTOSPELING CuSi process. The MAGNUM MIG 200/2 KN welder has an easy-to-use integrated function panel with knobs, enabling smooth adjustment of welding current, wire feed speed and inductance.

SOLID EXECUTION

The MAGNUM welder is a very durable device, the metal housing is resistant to mechanical damage and ensures long-term use. The semi-automatic machine has solid wheels, including two front swivel wheels, which guarantee high mobility and give the possibility of moving the welding machine on uneven ground. The device is equipped with a high-quality professional 2-roller feeding unit designed to work under heavy loads.

FLUX - arc welding with powder wire, not requiring the use of gas cylinders. We use self-shielding wire, which is filled with flux or chemical substance producing protective gases during welding.

LUTOSPELING - this is a process by which you can freely connect galvanized sheets, which are often used in car bodies. The main advantage of solder welding is the maintenance of a protective zinc coating at the solder-zinc interface.

OVERLOAD SWITCH - built-in protection against overheating of the device, prolonging its service life.
