IDEAL TECNOMIG 202 LED is an inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding

  • MIG/MAG - welding with a consumable electrode in a shield of inert or active gases
  • MMA - Welding with coated electrodes
  • TIG LIFT - Welding using a special handle with a valve, the arc is ignited then by lightly rubbing the non-melting electrode on the welded material.

SYNERGY - this is a very helpful function available in professional PREMIUM class welding devices. By setting the appropriate program or entering parameters, the device will independently select most of the welding settings, such as wire feed speed or appropriate voltage, in accordance with the programmed data.

⭐ BRAZING - a method that is quite similar to MIG / MAG welding, but the energy supplied in this case is much lower. This causes that brazing is used to connect thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc . The welder has been equipped with a professional wire feeder, which guarantees the stability and continuity of operation of the device.

The 2-roll feeder enables precise advancement of the welding wire , excluding its slippage.

The feeder has a quick wire change knob as well as a wire feeding roller.

HANDLE WITH EURO CONNECTOR

The welder has a EURO socket for the MIG welding cable. The socket allows you to quickly change the handle in the same standard.

Inductance adjustment allows you to optimize the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions.

The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing their burn-through and braze welding of galvanized elements.

The thinner the MIG/MAG welded element, the higher the inductance should be (soft arc - less penetration), for thick elements the opposite (hard arc - greater penetration).

The standard neutral inductance setting is in the middle of the scale.

Changing the inductance value also reduces the amount of welding spatter during welding in the CO2 shield.

The optimal setting of the inductance value depends on several factors and may differ from the standard recommendations, it should be selected during welding tests by manipulating the potentiometer knob.

The IDEAL Migomat is a device with a wide range of applications, designed as an inverter power source enabling welding with a MIG/MAG gas-shielded fusible wire or FCAW self-shielding wire (after changing the polarity), welding with the MMA lagging electrode, as well as the TIG Lift method

✔ MIG/MAG welding

Gas-shielded arc welding is one of the most widely used processes for the production of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process consists in fusing the edges of the welded object and the material of the consumable electrode with the heat of an electric arc glowing between the electrode in the form of a solid wire and the welded detail, in an inert or active gas shield.

MMA welding

in the MMA method, a coated electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. An electric arc is generated between the end of the electrode and the material to be welded. The arc is ignited by touching the tip of the electrode to the workpiece.

TIG DC welding

In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, the electric arc is ignited in a shield of inert gas (argon), between the welded element and a non-consumable electrode made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In the TIG DC Lift mode, the arc is ignited when the electrode contacts the workpiece. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.

✔ Welding with FCAW self-shielding wire

Thanks to the polarity reversal function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas with FCAW self-shielding wire. The wire is intended for general production works, also in field conditions, and for welding structures that are not subject to impact resistance requirements. DC(-) welding current.

Self-shielding cored wire fi 0.8mm / 1kg E71T-GS is intended for welding ordinary and high-strength carbon steels not exceeding 510 MPa .
