MULTIFUNCTIONAL - 6 adjustable functions

The HRK-WM345 model welder made in the latest technology of high-throughput IGBT transistors combined with the largest capacitors of 470 millifarads on the market is a real welding expert. Welding machine designed for both total weld laymen and seasoned welders.

5 ADJUSTABLE FUNCTIONS welding allows seasoned welders to adjust: WELDING CURRENT TO A SPECIFIC ELECTRODE DIAMETER, ARC FORCE, HOT START, ANTI-STICK AND VRD. If we want to weld without setting these parameters, it is enough to reset the device and the welding machine will select all the parameters itself. The welder only has to set the amperage and the welding machine will display the diameter of the electrode itself.

ARC FORCE (automatic) stabilizes the arc regardless of its length. By reducing the value of the function, it gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melt, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. At the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "press the electrode into a lake of molten metal and burn the material through.

HOT START (automatic) popularly called hot start allows by temporarily increasing the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START works at the moment of arcing and is designed to ignite the electrode faster.

ANTI-STICK (automatic)cuts off/minimizes welding voltage and current in case of short circuit of the electrode with the welded material. ANTI STICK allows the welder not to glue the electrode to the material.

VRD stands for "Voltage Reduction Device" and it is a voltage lowering system on the welding torch when welding is not performed. This increases operator safety by minimizing the risk of electric shock. The corresponding voltage is restored when the arc is reignited.

The welding machine housing is made of polymer composites, making the device extremely light. This solution also causes that the heat from the capacitors and the motherboard is not retained by the housing. All this contributes to even better cooling. Thanks to such solutions, the designers of this welding machine could use the largest capacitors and high-throughput transistors IGBT perfectly cooperating with the motherboard controlling all functions and display.

Such solutions combined with four large air inlets and outlets in the housing ensure continuous welding operation without overheating and turning off the machine.
