✅ SPECIALLY DESIGNED PROCESSOR TO INCREASE WELDING QUALITY
Specially designed microprocessor manufactured in Taiwan based on ARM4 architecture, in 55nm technology, with 200Mhz clock speed in 32-bits. It allows you to control the latest generation transistors at up to 70Khz, which is almost twice as fast as comparable devices!
✅ RAPID ANALYSIS OF WELDING PARAMETERS
It has a proprietary solution for analyzing welding parameters at a speed of about two hundred million times per second. It eliminates the need to place additional layouts for functions such as ARC FORCE, ANTI STICK or HOT START. The lack of additional systems makes the impact of interference generated in the current transformation process on the welding quality marginal, not noticeable to the user.

It regulates the arc dynamics depending on the distance of the electrode from the welded element. The microprocessor examines welding parameters, and the goal of these activities is to obtain the best quality welding source for a given current setting. In this case, the parameters are also permanently set to the most popular type of electrodes on the market, i.e. for rutile electrodes.

It cuts off the welding current when the electrode is shorted, which allows the electrode to be detached from the welded material.
✅ REFINED VRD TECHNOLOGY
The welding machine has the ability to turn on VRD, which reduces the idle voltage from about 60V to a human-safe level. Most inverter welding machines examine the output current using analog sensors, which in short extends the reaction time and consequently makes it difficult to light the arc.
✅ INCREASED SAFETY WITHOUT AFFECTING ARC GLOW
The microprocessor generates a waveform in the welding current circuit with a frequency of about 200Mhz. In real time, it examines mileage deformations that vary depending on the welding stage. The moment of touching the electrode to the welded element is detected in a fraction of a second, then the VRD function is turned off, at the same time it starts to work HOT START. The problem of arcing does not occur.
✅ PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The microprocessor examines the temperature of critical components in real time. Depending on the temperature, in the first place controls the fan speed, however, when the temperature reaches too high a level, the microprocessor smoothly lowers the output current, which will allow the electrode to burn out or control the end of the weld.
In most welding machines on the market, the moment of overheating means immediate shutdown of the welding current, which often results in the need to make mechanical corrections in the welded elements.
