Semi-automatic welding machine is the most modern welding device on the market, designed for welding materials such as: carbon steels, alloy steels (stainless, acid-resistant), as well as aluminum alloys. Properly selected welding inductance contributes to reducing the amount of chipping.
Intuitive, easy control panel allows you to quickly set all the most important welding parameters. Thanks to synergic settings it is possible to automatically select welding parameters.
The device has smooth regulation of voltage and intensity of welding current and is equipped with an overload system thermal protection protecting against excessive heating of integrated circuits.
In order to increase the comfort of work and reduce the noise level, the fan turns on automatically instead of working continuously when the device is turned on.
Thanks to the polarity change cable, it is possible to weld without shielding gas. Thanks to the IGBT transistors used, the device has an efficiency of 60% and is characterized by low weight and reliability.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field transistors with high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The IGBT module is protected from overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be turned on again.
Do not disconnect the power supply during this time, because the continuously operating fan cools the internal heat sinks of the device in order to lower the temperature faster.
After restarting, remember to limit the welding parameters in order to continue the continuous operation of the device.
WORK CYCLE
The work cycle is based on a 10-minute period. The 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation of the device, a 4-minute break is required. The 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously, without interruptions.
DEGREE OF PROTECTION
IP determines the extent to which the device is resistant to solid and water contaminants entering. IP21S means that the device is adapted to work in enclosed spaces
MIG/MAG
Arc welding in gas shields is one of the most commonly used processes for the manufacture of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process involves melting the edges of the welded object and the material of the hot melt electrode with the heat of an electric arc glowing between the electrode in the form of a solid wire and the welded detail, in an inert or active gas shield.
FCAW - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Thanks to the polarity change function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas, with self-shielding wire FCAW. It is a method using self-shielding core wire for welding (in all positions) steel of normal and increased strength, not exceeding 510 MPa.
MMA DC+
Arching is created by touching the end of the electrode to the welded material. MMA DC+ means welding with positive polarity - more heat is emitted in the material and less in the electrode.
MMA DC
The difference between MMA DC+ is that the polarity in MMA DC - mode is negative, so the heat distribution is reversed - more heat is emitted on the electrode and less in the welded material.
ARC FORCE
Increasing or decreasing the length of the welding arc depending on the distance of the electrode from the material being welded. Allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which results in stabilisation of the arc.
HOT START
The function is designed to prevent sticking the electrode to the material and is a great convenience when arcing. It works at the moment of arcing, causing a temporary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder.
VRD
The VRD function reduces the voltage in the unloaded state. The correct voltage value is restored only just before the arc is ignited. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases it can make it difficult to light the arc.
REGULATION OF INDUCTANCE
Inductance adjustment allows you to optimize the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and during soldering of galvanized elements.
The change in the value of inductance also reduces the number of welding chips during CO2 welding. The higher the inductance value (+) the number of chippings decreases when the value is negative (-), the number of chippings increases. The optimal setting of the inductance value depends on several factors and may differ from the standard recommendations, so it should be selected experimentally during welding tests.
SYNERGY
MIG/MAG welding using synergistic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material.
These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to suit their needs. Many programs have been prepared for synergistic welding.

2T/4T
2T - Pressing the welding torch button will cause the gas to pre-flow, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will cause the gas to pre-flow, then the arc to glow and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.
