The TWINMIG II 200 welding machine is the most modern welding device on the Polish market, designed for welding carbon steels, alloy steels (stainless, acid-resistant) and aluminum alloys.

Properly selected welding inductance contributes to the reduction of spatter.

Inductance depends on the diameter of the welding wire, of the shielding gas used, the current and the welding position.

Lower inductance results in a more stable and concentrated arc, while higher inductance results in a smoother welding lake and fewer chipping.

Properly selected inductance is characterized by a stable arc, even movement of liquid metal droplets, maintaining a constant size of the welding lake and a characteristic repetitive sound without splashes and explosions.

Intuitive, easy-to-use control panel allows you to quickly set all the most important welding parameters.

Synergy settings enable automatic selection of welding parameters such as voltage, amperage and feed speed with a single knob.

It is also possible to choose the diameter of the wire and the type of material being welded and adjust the welding parameters accordingly.

The welding voltage and current are infinitely adjustable, and the integrated circuit has an overload thermal protection system to prevent excessive heating.

To improve the comfort of operation and reduce noise levels, the fan turns on automatically instead of working continuously when the power is turned on.

Using a switching cable, the FCAW self-shielded wire can be used for welding without shielding gas. This method uses a self-shielding core wire for welding (in all positions) ordinary and high-strength steels with a strength not exceeding 510MPa.

Self-shielding wire can be used in single- and multi-layer welding processes using both flat and falling current sources.

The wire is designed for general production operations, field welding and welding of structures that do not require impact. DC(-) welding current.

Thanks to the IGBT transistors used, the device has an efficiency of 60% and is characterized by low weight and reliability.

The TWINMIG II 200 welder from Welder Fantasy can work in the following modes:

• AUTO - synergistic settings - automatic adjustment of welding parameters such as welding arc voltage and intensity and wire feeder speed.
• MIG/MAG - arc welding in gas shields is one of the most commonly used processes for the production of welded structures.
• FCAW - thanks to the polarity change function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas, with FCAW self-shielding wire.
• MMA DC+ - in the MMA method, a wrapped electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath.
• MMA DC- - the difference between MMA DC+ is that the polarity in MMA DC mode - is negative, so the heat distribution is reversed - more heat is emitted on the electrode, and less in the welded material.
• MMA VRD - VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function available in MMA mode - module reducing the resting voltage (idle) of the secondary circuit of the device).
• TIG DC lift-arc - In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, the electric arc is ignored in an inert gas (argon) shield between the welded element and the non-melting electrode, made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives.
