SPARTUS® ProTIG 321P DC is a professional inverter welder in a modern version.
Enables welding:
➡ TIG DC
➡ MMA DC
current up to 320A. It is powered from a 400V three-phase network.
Thanks to the solutions used, ProTIG 321P DC enables advanced TIG DC welding with the option of selecting the method of arc ignition:
➡ TIG HF
➡ TIG Lift.
In addition, the device is equipped with a pulsed current welding function, thanks to which the machine is perfect for welding very thin sheets.
SPARTUS® ProTIG 321P DC
provides excellent performance in welding:
✔ unalloyed steel,
✔ low alloy steel,
✔ high-alloy steel,
✔ titanium,
✔ other weldable metals and alloys.
✅ TIG DC - welding with a non-melting electrode in an inert gas shield with the possibility of setting the TIG HF and TIG LIFT arc ignition with direct current (DC) as well as in the following modes :
- TIG PULS - pulse welding,
- TIG SPOT - spot welding ,
✅ MMA electrode covered with direct current (DC)
THE WELDING MACHINE IS EQUIPPED WITH A PROFESSIONAL SPP 26 HANDLE WITH A LENGTH OF 4 M WITH CONTROL IN THE HANDLE, AS WELL AS AN ELECTRODE AND MASS HANDLE!
⭐ PULS - Thanks to the adjustment of the TIG PULS pulse welding parameters, we have an impact on the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulse welding also allows you to reduce the amount of heat supplied to the material and is used when welding very thin sheets.
⭐ 2T/4T - source operation control modes. In a two-stroke, pressing the TIG torch button causes welding to start, releasing the button to end welding. In a four-stroke, pressing and releasing the button start welding, to finish it, press and release the button again. Four-stroke is mainly used when making long welds, because it does not require holding the button on the handle all the time during work.
⭐ SPOT WELDING - with the option of setting the welding time at the point. A function that allows you to perform even, spot welds or spot welding thin plates with other elements. This method is used, for example, in the production of chassis and car bodies, but also in the home workshop.
The welder allows you to adjust settings such as:
- Pulse Current: This is the maximum amount of current that can be delivered in pulse mode. This allows you to weld thinner and more delicate materials without the risk of burn-through, while ensuring deep penetration of the material.
- Base current: This is the minimum current value in pulse mode. In practice, during welding, the current cycles between the base current and the pulse current. The base current maintains the arc and prevents the weld from cooling between pulses.
- Pulse frequency: Pulse frequency determines how often the current will switch between base current and pulse current. The higher pulse frequency allows for more precise heat control, which is especially useful when welding thin materials.
- Pulse Width: The pulse width (pulse duration) determines how long the pulse current is delivered during each cycle. A longer pulse increases the amount of heat delivered, while a shorter pulse can allow for finer heat control and reduce the risk of material burn-through.
SPARTUS® ProTIG 321P DC is operated using a modern LCD display. This not only facilitates control, but thanks to the fact that parameters can be adjusted continuously and steplessly, it allows for precise setting and control of advanced functions.
The ProTIG 321P DC has 10 memory channels . The user can easily save and recall the most frequently used settings.
Modern design, LCD function panel and the possibility of wireless control combined with high-end components distinguish the ProTIG 321P DC device on the market.
The professional device of the SPARTUS® Pro line is perfect for the production sector and industry.
HANDLE CONTROLS
The SPARTUS ProTIG 321P DC welder has an extensive torch socket, thanks to which we can control the working parameters on the TIG torch.
Welding processes carried out in harsh conditions often put welding equipment to an extreme test of strength. Only high-quality equipment can ensure adequate reliability and performance in the above-mentioned processes. And that's what SPARTUS products are - above all, reliable and durable, but also versatile.

PROTIG 321P DC by SPARTUS is a device with a wide range of applications, designed as an inverter power source enabling welding using the following method:
✔ MMA
in the MMA method, a coated electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. An electric arc is generated between the end of the electrode and the material to be welded. The arc is ignited by touching the tip of the electrode to the workpiece.
✔ TIG
In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, the electric arc is ignited in a shield of inert gas (argon), between the welded element and a non-consumable electrode made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives.
Ignition of the welding arc in the TIG method is carried out using the following method:
- non-contact ( TIG HF ) using an ionizer by bringing the electrode closer to the material being welded.
- touch (TIG LIFT) by rubbing the electrode against the welded material
PROTIG 321P DC from SPARTUS is perfect for the following industries:
✔ Industrial and construction production: In the production of machinery, equipment, vehicles, steel structures and other industrial products, TIG welders are indispensable. They are particularly useful where high precision and high quality welds are required.
✔ Construction: In construction, TIG welders are used to weld load-bearing structures, pipes and other structural components.
✔ Automation and Robotics: In industries that require precision welding, such as manufacturing robots and other precision equipment, TIG welders are often chosen for their accuracy.
✔ Aerospace: Due to the high demands on welding quality and precision, TIG welding machines are often used in the aerospace industry.
✔ Food & Pharmaceutical Industry : These industries use TIG welders to weld stainless steel pipes and tanks that must meet strict sanitation and hygiene requirements.
✔ Arts and crafts: For artists and craftsmen who work with metal, TIG welders offer the ability to create precise and aesthetic details.
WIRELESS CONTROL
The SPARTUS ProTIG 321P welding machine has, as a few on the market, the possibility of wireless control thanks to the SPARTUS PILOT 3 WIRELESS device.
Thanks to the use of the remote control, we save time and also have the ability to quickly change all parameters, especially when the welder is a few meters from the workplace.
ATTENTION !
The remote control or the foot controller from the photo on the right are not included in the equipment of the set from this offer. The remote control can be purchased at our other auctions.
