PROTECTION AGAINST DUST AND MOISTURE

All electronic components of the welder are impregnated with two layers of high-quality varnish , which ensures reliability during the entire period of operation, increases the life of the welder and allows it to work in production conditions with high dust and high humidity.

PROTECTION AGAINST VOLTAGE DROP

The welder also has a built-in work stabilization system and allows you to work for the voltage range from 160V to 260V. This allows you to work on a long extension cord, power from a power generator or in weaker networks where there are fluctuations in the supply voltage.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY:

IGBT - the welder uses modern transistors, a solution that ensures minimum electromagnetic interference, low power losses in the basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.

PULS - a function that improves the quality of the weld regardless of the position, two types of welding current are generated during welding, basic and pulsed.

ARC FORCE - a function that regulates the dynamics of the welding arc, stabilizes it regardless of its length, which affects the quality of welding.

VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) - a function that turns off the power supply within milliseconds after the end of welding, thanks to which the voltage on the coated electrode is leveled to a safe level.

OVERLOAD SWITCH - built-in protection against overheating of the device, extending its life.

VOLTAGE STABILIZATION - eliminates voltage fluctuations, which affects the regulation of the welder's operation, extends its life as well as translates into increased work safety.

2T/4T - with two-stroke, after pressing the start button, the welding process starts, after releasing the button, the welding process is stopped - with four-stroke, after the first pressing and releasing the button, the welding process starts with the second pressing, it is a more convenient solution for longer welds.

NON-CONTACT ARC IGNITION - the function of the welding torch control button. The welding equipment has a non-contact arc ignition module (oscillator) with a built-in gas supply valve. The torch trigger control wire connects directly to this module. After pressing the control button on the torch, the control signal is sent to the welding device controller, which develops the function of the previous gas purge t1 to clean the weld area before welding, and gives a delayed signal to turn on the device.

FAN STOP - adaptive fan, a solution that increases the life of the fan itself and additionally reduces the amount of dust in the device itself. The fan speed increases at the beginning of work and when it is heated up and decreases when the welder is cooled down.
